OUR STORY

The Owner, for the past 10 years, with experienced in Real Estate Process on After-Sales and Sales Admin Services particularly on Transfer of Land and/or Condominium Titles from a Real Estate Developer, Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) and then after to a Business Process Office company catering to After-Sales/Sales Admin Services for Ayala Group/Brands, Amicassa Process Solutions Inc. (APSI), decided to retire and put-up a Real Estate business.

Established in July 2014, HBLR DOCUMENTATION SERVICES works with Real Estate Developers, Brokers, Sellers and Individuals from various Areas in Metro Manila and Provinces such as Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan and Pampanga to transfer the Land and or Condominium Titles and Tax Declaration under their client/buyer names whether it is a SALE, ESTATE or DONATION and even Issuance of New Condominium Titles or Consolidation or Resubdivision of Land Titles and Tax Declarations.

Specializing in Transfer of Land and/or Condominium Titles/Tax Declarations and other Titling services, we get the ins and outs of being an independent Real Estate outsource/contractor.
